(PS5) Pre-order bonus not showing up

I pre-ordered Tales of Kenzera: ZAU for PlayStation 5 on 4/20/2024.  Today after the game launched on 4/23/2024, when I started the game, I don't have either of the two in-game pre-order bonuses.  The pre-order bonuses are: Kalunga’s Blessing Visual Effect Variant and 2 Shaman Points. 

Attached is screenshot from my PlayStation 5 Games home screen showing I have "Tales of Kenzera: ZAU - PREORDERCONTENT0" installed as an Add-on/in-game license, and it is listed as Usable.  I don't have the 2 Shaman Points for use in unlocking skills, and I don't have the option for the Kalunga’s Blessing Visual Effect Variant under any setting.

    Hi @dahvoo, I wanted to confirm if they are still missing? If so, this might be a paint but could you try starting a new save (using one of the other save slots) and get to the first door that needs a key and check if you notice the shaman point update to 2?

    If it does or doesn't work let us know, if it does work any video of how it looks on your end would be helpful.

    Hey @dahvoo 

    To confirm the two Shaman point will be awarded after passing the first 'key door' before the broken bridge. If you don't have them after that let us know!

    Also for the missing setting for the Kalunga’s Blessing Visual Effect Variant would it be possible toget the following?

    • EA ID (of your EA account)
    • PSN ID 
    • Screenshot of your settings screen

    Also, if you haven't can we see if the following has any change?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    I did receive the Kalunga's Blessing Visual Effect Variant after the broken bridge.  Not sure if closing/re-opening the game was required, but it didn't appear until after I had exited the game and came back later.

    The bonus 2 Shaman points are still missing, I do not have them (I have 1 Shaman point from regular gameplay, but I should have 3 total).

    Attached is screenshot of Skills screen showing I only have 1 Shaman point (from regular gameplay) and no skills purchased.  I should have 3 points.

    Hi @dahvoo, To check do you also have the option for the "Soulshifters" comic on the main menu?

    Would it be possible to get a screenshot of your current mission?

    I do have the Soulshifters comic on the game's main menu (screenshot attached).

    I've also included screenshots of my current Journey (from within the game), and my current save from the Load Game screen.

    I have now played enough to have collected 2 Shaman points, but I should have 4 since I did not receive the 2 bonus Shaman points.

    Hi, I also have not received the skill points for the pre-order bonus.

    I see “Soul Shifters” on the top screen.

    I got 4 skill points for playing normally.
