Result code: “108-0” is displayed and online play is not possible.

I'm using a translation site, so some expressions may be incorrect.
I have been trying to play Split Fiction online with a friend for a few days now, but I get a “Result code: 108-0” and cannot invite her to the online room.
My friend and I both use Playstation5 as our platform.
We have tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game software, changing the wifi connection, and checking for software updates and updates, but nothing has improved.
Is it possible to fix this? Please help;;
