Split fiction crashing on Crashing n Xbox Series X

EA_Shepardyeah idk we have decent internet too & only other devices connected currently are our phones. I did delete the save data as well. I just tried direct internet connection & logging in through my profile instead of my boyfriends but same issue. 

Going to try another full hard reset on console & see what happens when reinstalled, again lol. Thanks for your replies!
