Split Fiction crossplay issue with game invite

i have the same problem, yesterday we played Cross from EA App to Steam, today i cant see my mate online...

I have this exact same issue, been fine since release and now it's doing exactly what you're saying it's frustrating, I know they're online cause she's sat beside me on xbox and I'm on ps5, doesn't say she's online my god I'm annoyed haha. 

Me and my partner are having the same issue. Been playing fine for weeks but today can't even see if they are online. I can unfriend and readd them but can't invite them to the game. I'm on Xbox they are on PS5

Same for us. Worked fine before the update several times. We tried making it work from both sides, me hosting a lobby on EA servers and inviting them, and them hosting a lobby on EA servers and inviting me. We've also tried removing each other from EA friendlist and inviting back again to retry, friend received invitation to the friendlist and was able to accept it. Invites to the lobby didn't even show for both of us. It's been 35 minutes of retrying as of writing this message.

please tell me if yall  find a solution T_T this is sad. i just wanna play with my bestie 😭

Same to me, yesterday i played but now we dont recive the invites

From what we're seeing, a lot of people are having issues with crossplay hopefully they'll fix this soon. 

My partner and I have been playing between pc and ps5 for a week and today we can’t see the invites from each other. Come on EA sort your bloody servers out we can’t play the game we’ve paid for.
