Split Fiction Error Code

My friend and I are trying to play this game together using cross play. For some reason we've been having connection errors. Every ten or so minutes my friend will get disconnected. It shows an error code. I'm playing on PS5 and she's playing on PC. We had to use EA friending system so I could invite her, as she doesn't own a PS5. We've been enjoying the game so far, but it continues to crash, and it doesn't seem like a network issue on either of our ends.
