Split Fiction: mouse freezes in game

Hi, I just installed Split Fiction and played few minutes on my PC, using keyboard and usb wired mouse but suddenly the mouse didn't work anymore in game.

It stopped responding, it becomes blocked and even restarting the game, restarting the PC, unplugging/plugging the mouse, disabling EA Overlay, checking Discord was not started, repearing the game... all didn't work.

Now when I start the game the mouse freezes and when I close the game the mouse get back working.

Is it a bug? How can I fix it? Thank you.

    diac_it Check out the following Split Fiction File Settings video on where to locate the config files.

    If you see them, delete them. Do not delete the save file.

    Repair the game. If you can use a controller, plug it in once in game, go into settings reset the settings to default. and then unplug the controller.
