Split Fiction on Switch 2 : Error 401-18e

Hi, i can’t play online i modify my password check my birthday date, i’m adult, i link my Switch account to the ea account but still this message appear : 401-18eea …  how can I solve it ? Thank yo...

Same problem here. When I first linked the account to play online, it succeeded and showed the online menu—I was just testing it. After that, I always get the error. I have checked EA forums, the EA Help page, and tried different things, but nothing has helped.
