Split fiction PS5 Error 102-40050000

Hi , I’ve received this error and it doesn’t allow me to play split fiction online in my PS5. May I know how to resolve this ?

Icekacang3 It's been reported to the team. Can you reset the password to your EA account,  and your PS account, then log back into the game and test it for me?

    HiEA_Shepard   it has the error 102-0 now.

      Icekacang3 The error change after you reset the passwords to 102-0 instead of Error "102-40050000"?
