(Steam) Zau takes forever to launch

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Zau!

Would it be possible to get a DxDiag file? 

Also, if you haven't can we try the following and then check if the performance changes at all?

• Verify the game in via your Steam library  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

I’m trying to launch it on steam deck. Givin it’s verified I figured it would launch but it’s taken about 8 minutes and didn’t budge. I would just wait but the longer I do, the less likely Steam will be to refund me if I pass a few hours, just trying to get the game to run.

I refunded the game. I’m gonna get it on PS5 instead and just bypass the issue, altogether.
