The game won't launch

I've bought the game from Steam, but when I try to launch the game, it starts to launch and then crashes.

I don't have any error messages or something, the game just doesn't launch.

I've tried a lot of troubleshooting online and in the help center, but nothing worked.

I've added a short video that shows the problem and a crash file I have.
