Unable to unlink a second PSN account.
My son somehow added his PSN account to my EA account an I'm unable to unlink it. I have gone to the connection tab and it shows both accounts but no unlink tab present. The only issue we have, right...
When helping with specific issues, like account changes, purchases, and missing content, we must verify that you own this account. We want to ensure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help with your issue currently. If there is no unlink button, you cannot on your end.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
