Yep! I reported the EA scammer and left this:

Just paid for EA Play Pro because the language on the website and app make clear that all first-party party EA games will be available upon launch. This is a scam when you don't follow these self-imposed rules. Many countries consider this a scam. Enjoy the consequences! 

this is false advertising and outright unacceptable.

I purchased subscription solely for split fiction...decided to try for a month instead of the year.

Glad I did, cancelled.

Is ea play about to shut down?

EA just killed his Pro subscription. There aren't that many games, people with Game pass already have EA Play basic, so for 2-3 games per year is not worth it anymore, even less when now you don't even get all games.
