Any progress on unlinking lost accounts?

I keep waiting for someone to come up with a system for verifying identification so we can unlink old accounts. My Microsoft account got hijacked back in the FIFA card pack hacks days and the intrude...

Hey @ToastySandwiches sorry to say but if you are unable to verify account ownership then our live support team will not be able to assist you.


The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with our live support team again.
