Buying EA Play or EA Play Pro - Stuck in "Processing" State Since June 24, 2024

it seem like my ea play doesn't let me play the ea play game but i brought it yesterday

.. the picture number one is my recipe number two and three are my main page of ea account

Ive payed for a subscription for ea play and you guys are slow to answer me on mail. but you guys are fast to charge for it but not delivering.. after 24h purchasing it via EA app stll not got the subscription..

My order is still processing for whole 2 days what is happening??!

Joke of a company been on live chat 3 times and they said there team are working extremely hard to resolve the issue. Funny thing is i tried to buy some Fifa point for 99p and payment went through straight away and got delivered. You wouldn't think they're a multi billion pound company 

Paid for EA play PRO yesterday morning, Member ship said it will be active July 1970 nice one ea. Didn't think it had went through so went to buy again same message came up. Been charged twice still havn't got EA play PRO as its still "processing". However I went on to FC24 on shop ad ons and baught some FC points and it went through straightaway no problem lol nice company.

I've been waiting almost 24 hours now for processing to go through.  STILL waiting

Same issue and chat support told me to f*** off, basically.

I purchased ea play pro membership on 21.06.2024. Although the fee was withdrawn from my bank account, the membership was not transferred to my ea account. When I check my past orders, it appears that my order has been processed for 2 days.

Same I’m on day 3 now
