Cannot buy 1 month EA Play with PS wallet from PS4

Hello, I've been trying to buy the 1 month EA Play subscription for a long time now and it just won't let me buy it for some reason. I have €4.02 on my account right now, the one I'm trying to buy is the discounted version which is €0.99 clearly I have €3 more than that and I can't seem to buy it without it saying add "payment method". But when I try to buy the 12-month one It just lets me buy it without a payment method. I've tried buying it on the app, the website, the PS store, hell I even tried getting a VPN to match the account that I have the €4 on but it just doesn't seem to work. Could someone help?
