I have the same problem and already spoke with the support team
Guess what they showed me the middle finger?
Both EA Play and Codemasters took the money from me and now they just blame each other without offering any solution
This is the reply from the official EA Play support team:
Shantanu: Thank you for the patience Victor as I have checked in your account everything is perfectly fine and as I also tried to fetch the information for this concern so we are also not have that information so in this case I would suggest you to reach back to codemaster support I hope from there you will get all the information for your concern.
And this is the reply from Codemasters:
Thank you for submitting your recent request to Codemasters Customer Services in reference to F1 2021.
Please contact EA again and be sure to tell them that your issue is with EA Play. We can only help with F1 2021 if you already have the game and are unable to run it - we cannot give you access to the game.
Later on, the same guy from EA Play support team lied to me that the issue will be solved and I will be able to play the game.

After a few days I spoke with another colleague of Shantanu. This is what he said:

( 29m 26s ) Himanshi: You can get in touch with steam support and cancel your membership.
( 29m 52s ) Himanshi: This cannot be fixed

I’m probably not understanding the issue… but I see it as part of the subscription on Xbox? At least on the Microsoft store? https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/f1-2021/9n6j02vpg635Cannot you claim it from there?update: never mind, I’m blind. You mentioned PC in the title 😢 Is in the Xbox app for PC where it’s showing as available?
