Later on, the same guy from EA Play support team lied to me that the issue will be solved and I will be able to play the game.
Shantanu and Himanashi are the support guys, I am the visitor

( 36m 10s ) Shantanu: Victor, I am afraid as I cannot commit any time frame on behalf of my higher authorities else it would be a false commitment. But if you ask me personally I believe it should be fixed as soon as possible as our best team is already on it.
After a few days I spoke with another colleague of Shantanu. This is what he said:
( 24m 4s ) Himanshi: I will be reporting the Adviser for sharing incorrect information with you.
( 29m 26s ) Himanshi: You can get in touch with steam support and cancel your membership.
( 29m 52s ) Himanshi: This cannot be fixed
I’m probably not understanding the issue… but I see it as part of the subscription on Xbox? At least on the Microsoft store? https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/f1-2021/9n6j02vpg635Cannot you claim it from there?
update: never mind, I’m blind. You mentioned PC in the title 😢 Is in the Xbox app for PC where it’s showing as available?
