Cannot subscribe to EA Play

I have a Technical Bug I can't get EA Play with case Number #219733011

Am From Egypt and I Already Was Using My Credit Card Visa On FC 24 Last Year and i can Buy FC Coins with It and was all Things is Fine , But one Time when i tried to subscribe it on EA Play i got a Problem saying it's Problem With My Payment method not in as Same Region and, so I Don't Know Why All that Problems and Same Problem Happen Always Whn Trying to Subscripe On EA App and EA Site
