can't access account with no work-arounds
I cant access my old ea account because I have switched to a new email. I have access to old email, but I can not get codes sent there for authentication. yes I checked my spam. I can not use "another recognized device" because I no longer own that xbox series x. I switched my steam account to a new email and your company will not allow me to link my new ea profile to my new email because my steam profile is linked to the old email for this account. I cant delete the old ea account because I can't get emails to the old email account. I just want to play the game man. When I say that I can't get emails to the old yahoo account, I literally mean that no authentication emails are getting through. yes I checked spam, yes I waited, yes I refreshed the page, yes I restarted the computer, no I am not receiving text authentication, no I still can't access my old ea account to update anything and no I can't get a new account to link with steam because the old account is tied to it. The game I am trying to play is irrelevant as I am not allowed to play it without the ea app. I even created another steam profile and added them to my family to create a new ea account to link and OF COURSE I can't use a family profile to play the game because you are so greedy.
