CANT BUY EA PLAY SUBSCRIBTION

Hey, 
i am trying to buy an EA Play Pro year subscribtion, and every time i try to pay, i get an error. i tried to use both Paypal and two different credit cards.

thats the error getting when trying to pay with Paypal:
Your action cannot be processed
 em.ext.10027

thats the error getting whith the credit card:
Your action cannot be processed
We're unable to process your order at this time, as the payment method has been declined by your credit card issuer or bank

(I have no problem with my credit card, i checked)

i also tried to buy trough Google Chrome, got the same error
In Incognito mode i cant even log in to my account.

    Hey @yarin6835 for account and billing issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    Please note, not all countries have the same legislation.

    If you're using a VPN to make purchases, try turning it off.
    Check the legislation of the country you're shopping from, as some forms of online transactions such as subscriptions count as 'restricted' or 'off-limits'. This will mostly count for in-game currencies, but sometimes a given country will extend the same policy into subscription services too.

    Another thing you could try, is using OperaGX, and see if the issue continues.

    Lastly, while this may sound silly, it works for me on PSN; 'Forget' the Card, tell Origin to no longer store the details for the card. After this, clear the Cache and then try again from fresh.

    Hey @Seifje12 are you still having the issue?

    If so can you ensure that the info you are adding is exactly what your bank or card issuer has on file and try adding it again?

    Hi, Im trying to buy a normal 5 dollar 1 month subscription but a text pops up saying ,"

    There are no linked Xbox Live accounts

    THERE ARE NO LINKED XBOX LIVE ACCOUNTS

    Sign up with another Xbox Live accountLogin with another EA account

    I signed up with the support page using my Xbox Live email and password Im trying to play Apex Legends but that text pops up thats the last page im able to access im not able to get to the buying page or the page @yarin6835 was able to access
