Hello all I've been trying to subscribe to ea play for 3 days on Playstation and all it keeps saying is an unidentified error occurred what's the deal.

I actually just hung up with Sony after the support bot told me to take the card off and put it back on. But Sony doesn't tell anyone that once you take a card off it doesn't allow you to put it back on. Still doesn't help why it would keep saying for 3 days an unidentified error occurred.
