Crysis Key Verification Problem

EA Support Team, hello. I subscribed to your EA Play service on Steam and downloaded the Crysis game. When I open the game, the screen on the images I shared with you appears. When I click the Done button, the same screen opens again. Even though I entered the CD Key that Steam gave me, it still didn't fix. I verified the game's files, deleted and reinstalled, but it still hasn't improved. As a customer, I request your help to compensate for my grievance. Thanks in advance.

    When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. 

    If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    I'm afraid that issues like this aren't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. Please reach out to the EA Help team when you've got the chance. They should be able to assist. 

    The links in my post from earlier in this thread should help you get a case set up with them.

    I have had the same problem loading Crysis, Bought it last night through steam and is still giving me the cd key and wont accept it. It loads for a few seconds then acts like i didnt enter it. Depsite me entering it maunally and cpoy and pasting it. If your could please help me reslove this issue that would be great.
