[EA app] Xbox Game Pass Unable to install multiple titles

i have ea play from gamepass but can't download a single game from it only free to play, this only started recently 

Ok so here we go. I have had Xbox App and EA App linked together for years without issue. I stopped my game pass subscription for about a year. I have since renewed it and I have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Things were working fine last night when I got the subscription again, but now this morning, nothing seems to be working in the EA App.

- Have Game Pass Ultimate
- Both accounts are linked together. Xbox and EA app both show the correct usernames linked correctly. Even unlinked and re-linked them to be sure.

- Was able to download the games I wanted last night and play Madden 24 for a bit. 

- Woke up today, went to jump on and all my downloaded games were gone. System said I had one game I purchased years ago. Tried to download the games again, system goes into preparing and then says "There's a problem with your download. Please give us a few minutes and try again." 

- This has been happening for an hour now. 

What I have tried:
- Unlinked and Relinked Accounts
- Unsubscribed and Re-Subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate

- Cleared App Cache through EA App

- Uninstalled and Re-Installed EA App

- Deleted All Games From Hard Drive and Tried Re-Installing

- Checked EA Games and Xbox Server Status: Both Are Fine

I used to live in Orlando, FL. I find it hilarious that EA just built a brand new building for their madden game design team, but yet they can't even afford to get their services to work properly. 

All the games disappeared and i can't download anything, EA play with gamepass.

I played today at like 1am and everything was fine, woke up to a not working ea app. Can't launch any downloaded game, everything's missing from the library and i can't add anything there. I've tried restarting the PC, reinstalling EA app, clearing cache etc. It seems that it's a problem only with that account, cause i logged into another one and it looks like it's working. Also, while trying to clear cache it told me that i would have to log in again, after trying to do it it just restarted the app without needing to log, so clear cache option might not even be working properly at all.

Hey, I'm on PC with Xbox Game Pass. I had F1, Battlefront, and FIFA installed. Today, when I started my PC, I wanted to play F1, but somehow they disappeared, and now I can't play them anymore because it says my trials have expired. Everything was connected and working fine just two hours before. I don't understand what happened. I can't play any EA games anymore.

So this might be weird but i have been playing EA FC 24 since march with EA play subscription which comes with xbox gamepass but suddenly i got a timer for 10 hour free trial ,I have played this game 50+ hours i have my team ultimate team setup and all, When searching online i found this was never added to EA play am i seeing ghosts what is going on ? have they moved this game from EA play to pro can somebody help me with some clarification

I'm playing F1 23 on XBOX GAMEPASS, but today when I tried to enter the game, I realized that the game was not in my library and when I tried to download it again, my download encountered an error, and when I try to open the game via exe, it gives this error Can you help?

how typical, EA yet again not saying anything after everyone has the same problem, little problems nah we can fix those, big major problems: not doing anything ever

They have said that its a widespread issue effecting the service.  They didn't know that at the time.  Please explain how they are supposed to fix a bug they didn't know was going to exist?  Its a glitch, they are responding.  Everyone needs to calm down and stop acting like the sky is falling.

There was indeed a temporary outage in relation to the Microsoft services that affected the XGPU x EA Play services, which is/was being discussed here: RESOLVED Outage Apr. 30 - May 1, 2024. "There's a Problem With Your Download" or "Something Went Wrong" Error in EA app., and here: RESOLVED Outage Apr. 30 - May 1, 2024. "You Don't Have Access" Error in EA app.

Both of these have been resolved.

If you're still experiencing the error, I would recommend reporting it in those threads.
