EA has automatically taken money out of my account and I want a refund

EA has automatically continued the EA Play service, but I wanted to use the service for a year then finish, however they have taken the money and extended for another year. I feel so deflated because I forgot I was still subscribed. And wasn't aware I could cancel and continue my services to insure I wasn't bill for the next year.

I would like a refund on this latest payment and my supriction for this year canceled. As soon as I noticed they money was gone I have come here. I can't afford this at the momment and am so disappointed by EA communication of this renewal. Not giving me a chance to cancel the subscription.

I want by money back and to be rid of the service
