EA Play Been Billing me for 2 years
Dear EA support,
I’ve been constantly on the phone with your EA help desk as I noticed a 3.99 payment coming out of my bank yesterday.
i looked back and have been charged this every month since 27th September 2020…. I don’t even know what ea play is. I hadn’t noticed the payments as I use one debit card and have many transactions every day. If I had seen this sooner I would have raised it.
I’ve never signed up to EA play in my life, let alone know what the service does. So either my account had been hacked or you have signed me up to it in small print when buying a game or DLC.
i haven’t played pc in years and support confirmed the last time I logged in other than yesterday to cancel this subscription, was 2 years ago.
i would like to receive more help with this matter please as ea support are refusing to issue me a refund even after they approved I haven’t logged in or played an origin game in years. So I have been billed for a service I’ve never used, and one I’ve never signed up for.
please can I hear back ASAP.
