I have Game Pass PC, but when I try to install any EA Play game through Xbox app, my linked account on EA App doesn't recognize that I have EA Play. I checked, it's the right Xbox account. Can you do something about it?
Seems like it's working now. I can access EA Play games and I haven't changed anything on my side, so it must be a service problem.
I've faced the same issue make sure to link your Xbox game pass account to the same ea account and recheck in ea website that it has been linked with the same profile name. Then make sure to sign out from ea app and link your ea app to Google account and you will now able to see the ea membership on our ea play app .This worked for me try this solution , I've just done this and it worked.
