xbox game pass ultimate not giving FC26 or EA play
My EA account is linked to my xbox account which has gamepass ultimate and when i go to the EA app on my computer it only gives me the option to install the preview for FC 26. However, on the xbox app it shows that i can install the full version but when i do it only installs the preview. It is also not giving me my EA play subscription.FC26 & Madden26 Download cancelled "you don't own this game"
I am an XBOX Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and have recently moved on to PC gaming. My EA Account is linked correctly with my Xbox/Microsoft account. EA app is installed and linked correctly to the Xbox account. Regardless of what I do, I cannot install FC26. I have tried twice with EA Online Chat and once with Xbox. I click on INSTALL from the Xbox Account, which then opens the EA app. I get one of 2 messages... "This Game is Unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game" It should be noted I can install.., F1 25, The Sims, FC25,FC24,WRC, Tales of Kenzera....basically most, if not all EA Play games. I have tried installing FC26 on 2 PC's and even 2 networks. I've lost the will to live. Any suggestions to resolve would be appreciated. TIA
Issue with PC Game Pass and EA Play
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I have screenshots showing it was redeemed and as an add-on (add-on: doesn't need to be installed). I've rebooted, power cycled, etc... nothing has appeared in my HUT profile yet. It has been over a week since I've redeemed this benefit. Please help!!!!EAPlay subscription, "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch games.
I purchased a EAPlay subscription 13/04/2026 9:35pm GMT via steam, then proceeded to download and try to play Dragon Age: Inquisition to be met with "You Don't Have Access" when trying to launch, however I was able to download and launch MySims through Steam EAPlay just fine. The steam account is connected to my EA account, both use the same email, I've tried signing in via steam on the EAapp, Clearing the cache, relinking the steam account, signing in and out of steam and EA ensuring EABackground processes was ended, restarting my PC, reinstalling all the VC files found in the game folder, I've tried disconnecting the wifi and launching the game offline to be met with the error "You've been offline for a while" in which it then asks me to restart and re sign in, I've tried launching the game exe as administrator to then get "Game ownership disabled or deleted" error. My graphics drivers are all up to date. I've done sfc /scannow. I just want to play Dragon Age, I've purchased a subscription for that, please if anyone knows a fix or solution.
