EA Play Pro did not expire on expiration date
This might be a one of if not the weirdest thing that happened to me. So my EA Play Pro subscription should have ended on the 14th of January and since I wasn't able to renew it due to not having money for it, I tought I'll let it expire and I'll resub to EA Play Pro whenever I have money for it. But for some reason, it is still active on the 16th of January, and whenever I check if my subscription ended, it still says that it'll end on the 14th of Jan. (shown on the picture atteched below). Whenever I tried to manually cancel the subscpription or renew it, nether of these worked, and it still says that my EA Play Pro is active and it'll renew on the 14th of Jan. which I really can't understand how it's happening. I am asking everyone, including mods or devs to help me in this case because I really don't want to get my account banned because of something that's not my fault, at least I think it's not my fault. The only thing I can think of, what could be the reason of this huge bug is that I used a credit card that's no longer useable due to certain circumstances, and I only changed the card today so that way it can bill me for the next month of EA Play Pro. Thank you if you can help me out in this case, I'll really appreciate if you can provide anything that could be helpful, so my account don't get banned!Solved42Views0likes3CommentsCan´t download games with EA play even though I have Xbox game pass
I currently have an xbox game pass pc subscription, where I should be able to get EA play, but when I try to download games it takes me to the EA app, but it only appears the options to buy the game or subscribe to EA play, even though I have the game pass and my Xbox account is properly linked to my EA account. My EA id is JMNRACER and I have already tried to unlink and then link the accounts again as well as signing out and then back in on both EA and Xbox.39Views1like0CommentsCan’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?2KViews8likes14CommentsEA Play & Game Pass ultimate library issues

Recently purchased a Play Pro subsciption for son so we could play together. He is unable to download/add to library some games with message "This game is unavailable - You're not eligible this play this game." Affected games - BF6, F1 25, Skate (which is free) Other games are downloading and playable without issue. FC 26 works fine. Other Battlefield, F1 and Star Wars titles work fine. So it's not some Australian age requirement setting (He's 17yrs old). His account is linked through Family Managment to my account. Even gave his account unlimited spend and he still can't download. It's not his PC because I can log into the EA App as myself and download the games without issue. He managed to get BF6 Redsec (F2P) working via his Epic account but can't access the full game or download on EA App even though he has a Play Pro account. Please assist (Was on online chat for an hour and they were as useful as a waterproof teabag...🙈🙉🙊)85Views1like1CommentEA Play Pro Subscription accepted debit cards, but not full game purchases.
Hello, I used my debit card to purchase the EA Play Pro Subscription, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to use the debit card to purchase the individual game, it declined. I'm perplexed as to how this could happen when the payment site is the same for purchasing the EA Play Pro Subscription and any individual game. I mean, if the card isn't eligible for the EA Play site, it shouldn't work on the EA Play Pro subscription either, but it did. Please assist me in resolving the issue as soon as possible, as I would like to purchase a game during the Black Friday sale. I am having this exact same issue. I replied under this person's post which seems to have not gathered any official response or feedback. As said in my reply under this post. I am unable to also access the in game rewards, specifically the deployment pack which is stated to be available to both EA Play and EA Play Pro subscribers. I will link to the website where this is stated with no disclaimer that says it is only available if you sub through the EA App. Since EA Play is available on multiple platforms I would then be somewhat justified in assuming it is available to all EA Play members since no official disclaimer has been posted or can be found. It is neither present in the EA Play terms and conditions on the page but in fact states that EA Play once again is available on several platforms.119Views0likes3Comments
