can't run Command & Conquer 3
"Hello, I am writing to report an issue I'm experiencing with Command & Conquer 3 which is part of my Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection through my EA Play subscription. I've noticed that most other games within "The Ultimate Collection" are working without any issues. However, when I attempt to open Command & Conquer 3, it consistently asks me to enter my email and password, despite the fact that I am already logged into the EA app. Furthermore, even when I enter my correct EA account credentials (username and password), the game rejects them, stating they are incorrect. Please note that my EA Play subscription is currently active and valid. Could you please assist me in resolving this specific issue with Command & Conquer 3? Hi, so I bought EA play on my PS five a couple of days ago and I even have the subscription confirmation receipt. I looked it up and you should be able to access your EA play on all platforms no matter what you bought it on and yes, I am on the correct account. Please don’t say no bull**bleep** like that. I’m asking for answers not excuses defending EA. I have logged on and logged off. It’s still telling me to join now. Even when I access it through my specific PlayStation link it’s working on my PS5 saying I have it.Populous & Sid Meier still not available to GamePass subscribers
Hello, While several games are available, Populous: The beginning , and Sid Meier’s Alpha Centory are still not available. It cannot be installed from the XBOX Apps, and does not appear in the EA Game app! Do we need EA play to play Sims 4?
To put a long story short, I couldn't update the Sims 4 game. I tried everything to get it to work, including undownloading and redownloading it, but it still won't work. I contacted EA Customer Experience for help, but I got no help. I asked if I needed EA Play to be able to play Sims 4, but I didn't get a clear answer, so I'm asking here.Linked an Xbox acc with pc game pass but ea doesn't see it
I've linked an xbox account with pc game pass on it which should include the ea pass and rechecked it like 10 times but ea account still doesn't see the game pass. It just offers to buy ea play and thats all. Tried everything but still not working.
Achievements are not available on EA Play
I want to start off by stating I am not referring to XBOX Achievements via the PC Game pass, I am aware that you cannot earn Xbox achievements playing an EA title on Gamepass. I am referring to the EA app itself, not a single game available on EA Play has achievements even the ones that obviously do such as The Battlefield and Need for Speed series of games. The only games that I am able to earn achievements in are the two that I own, not associated with my subscription. Is this working as intended? To not allow users to earn EA achievements through EA Play games?
