EA Play, F1 2021 PS5: Full game turned into Trial, cant play, cant dowload.

Hey @scad55 it's still showing as included for me, have you spoken with PSN support to see if there is anything on their end that could be causing the issue you are seeing?

Hello, i talked with psn and they say, they can see the reciept which we bought the full game. But suddenly the game turned into trial and closed. Now anytime i want to re download the game, it automaticly dowloads trial and when i see f1 2021 on ea play game list it says full price.

Hey @scad55 we would not be able to assist with issues such as this as we would not have access to the PSN store or your account.

PSN support would be able to assist you in relation to this.

Also, when i go into ea play menu on ps store, the f1 21 game is not shown as free but with 10 percent discount.  

Psn said i should talk wih ea, and ea could make it free again or redeem us a code.

Hey @scad55 I'm looking at it on my PS5 now and game is showing as part of EA play for me.

If you got the game through EA Play then we would not be able to give you a code for the game. 

If the game is showing as not being part of EA Play then this is something on the PSN side that we have no control over.

I'm not seeing other reports of this on here or elsewhere so it seems for the moment to be an isolated incident.

when you have ea play and download the game, and your friend dowloads it from console sharing, can it be a problem?

Also , we are in turkey, is it possible that we dont have the ea play discount in this region?

Hello. I also have the same problem, I have an active EA Play account but F1 2021 is not a free game for me. But the weird thing is the game is on the EA playlist.

You can see the screenshot attached.

All other games are available but only Formula…
