I've tried updating ea play ( ea access ), power cycle, clearing cache, redownloading, changing dns settings to no avail.
100 % verified solution!
1. Log in to your EA account on PC or Mac.
2. Go to settings and deny the access to your Xbox one account. No worries, nothing will erase
3. When you open the ea play app on the console, it will ask you if you want to link again your account. Click “yes”
4. Should be able to access the main menu

I am having the same issue. Mine is on xbox one! I have tried everything.

I am trying to download EA access on my xbox one and all i getbis a gray screen. Ive tried uninstallibg and reinstalling, ive tried power cycling my council. Ive tried clearing my MAC settings and all i get is the gray screen. Ive tried contact EA Help and Xbox Support and they havent responded to me. All i want to do.is subscribe so i can play the games. Please help.

I've recently looked into getting an EA membership for my Xbox one but when I go into EA access hub it won't load up and instead shows an all grey screen after the start up sequence?
