Hello! It doesn't let me open up the EA PLAY app on my Xbox Series X. I downloaded it in order to play the Madden 22 trial, but when I click on the EA PLAY Hub it says I need to use a compatible version. Does it only work on Xbox One?

found the problem, you need to go to the choose edition option instead of a specific game

There’s no EA Play Hub app for Xbox Series X|S. To download a game or early trial, search for the one you want to play in the Xbox Store from your Xbox Series S or X and download it from there.
You can also find full games included with your membership by going to My Games & Apps > Full Library > EA Play.
