Ea play membership not expired, but still inactive

Have EA play membership until 01.October according to my PS4, but every time i log into my EA account it says that my EA play is "inactive" and ask if i want to renew it. I can also not connect to/o...

Hi there, @ekko-star.

I'm not seeing a current EA Play subscription on the account you're posting with. That's why it would be listed as inactive. As far as not being able to connect to the EA Play app, that is being investigated. For now, those games can be downloaded from the store as long as your subscription is current.
