EA play not working

Everything is checked and it still doesn't work.

I got the same problem, every setup look good, but it still requires to purchase after i click into install from Xbox

It's been a little bit, is it working now or are you still having issues?

If you're still having issues, and maybe this is a silly thing to ask, but could you check here to make sure that your Xbox account is linked properly?

We're limited to what we can see here on the forums, but if it still doesn't work you can try reaching out to our live support team. They can see more than we do, hopefully they can see if there's an issue stopping your subscription from working.

It still doesn't work.

I have the same problem. Just tried clearing the EA app cache but it still won't let me install games on the EA app. 
Other Game Pass games works just fine.

If you just subscribed then it might take a moment for your account to catch up. Could you try clearing the EA app cache to see if that helps?
