Ea play pre order help
So I have EAPlay through gamepass. I'm going to pre order Star wars zero company with the discount
The problem is I'm confused that if I cancel gamepass before the game releases, but I already pre ordered the game, do I keep the price? Like the 10% discount? Ea doesn't charge right away for pre-orders I think

EA Play through Game Pass Ultimate can provide EA Play benefits on Xbox and on PC through the EA app, depending on where you’re playing and purchasing.
The EA Play discount is applied based on the platform/storefront where you have access to the benefit and where you place the preorder. Because preorder billing and payment handling can vary by storefront, we can’t guarantee how the discount would be handled if the Game Pass/EA Play membership ends before the order is fully processed.
Before completing the preorder, I’d recommend checking the final price shown at checkout and reviewing the order details after purchase. If you’re preordering through the EA app, EA app preorders are generally charged when the order is placed. If you’re preordering through Xbox/Microsoft Store, the billing and preorder handling would follow Microsoft’s storefront process.
To avoid losing access to the EA Play discount, the safest option is to keep the membership active until the preorder has been completed and processed.
