i got ea play pro and played some games. the next day i no longer have pro and ea is telling me to upgrade again. this is extremely disappointing and quite honestly im a very angry. any help would be greatly appreciated

1.EXactly the same, Purchased around 9PM LONDON TIME
2.noticed this morning
3.email came around 4:07 am4.It says payment failed, but from my bank account, the transaction went through

So I just got finished talking to support and they can't do anything for you.
First it was the banks fault and I informed them that no, I called my bank while waiting in ungodly ques and my bank said the transaction went through just fine and theres no issues on their end.
They requested that I make a forum post and upvote it and I responded with "I have, that didn't work either. Its like its a big secrete that no one wants to talk about which makes it look more like a scam."
I was then told that I was added to a list and that "the devs are not magicians" when i countered with "I get that but the first forum post is over 19 hours old now and with a ton of people having the same issue no one has officially made mention of this to the public or even responding on forum posts."
They responded with "Trust with all your heart that you will not lose your money." (IMO we already have. Here we are paid subscribers with no service.) This was repeated every time after when I would ask questions.
So in a nutshell, don't waste your time in que. You'll be the blame for their mistakes. - amplid87 months agoRising Newcomer
having exactly the same issue. credit card provider shows me a successfull transaction, played yesterday, now it says expired because of failed payment, but no money was returned (yet).

canceled at 23:21 (as i only wanted to play the beta)
received the canellation confirmation email (stating i will still benefit till 07.09.25) at 23:21
received the email, that my pro subscription was cancelled at 05:19 (like exactely 6 hours later) - When did you notice your subscription was cancelled (An exact timestamp would be ideal)?
today at 22:34 when i wanted to play again to benefit from spending the CHF 16.66 - Did you get an email telling you your subscription was cancelled?
yes, at the time provided above - If you check the subscription purchase in your order hi what's the status of the purchase?

My subscription, started yesterday August 7th, is "expired" all day today. I've been scammed. Was liking the current direction of Battlefield 6 however I'm not sure I can buy it now. What's to stop unnecessary access issues in the future ?
