Unfortunately, they told me there was no mistake on their side and claimed the issue was caused by me, even though I had updated my payment details correctly a month before. They basically said they won’t fix it, which is really unfair

Yeah, I managed to communicate through live chat. In my case, they haven't found me mistaken or wrong but simply said that they can't do anything about it, it's a completely automatic progress etc.
