Unfortunately, they told me there was no mistake on their side and claimed the issue was caused by me, even though I had updated my payment details correctly a month before. They basically said they won’t fix it, which is really unfair

They also rejected my demand for compensation of missing chance acquaring FC26 10% cheaper through EA Play membership trusting their system would use my current credit card and not the old one and my membership would continue. I just demanded a coupon or discount and it's rejected.
