I have bought EA Play Pro for a month, but i still didn't receive my 2000 FC points. Can you help me with my vanished FC points？ Thank you for your time.

Next month you’ll get your 2000 FC Points, and then another 2000 the month after that — that’s how it’s supposed to be credited. But hey, with EA you never know… they might try to trick you ;)
