EA Play Pro Membership was canceled due to payment method

I got 2 e-mails at noon today, one saying that I needed to update my payment method and the other saying that my subscription was canceled. one came at 13:01 and the other at 13:02. I had updated my payment method 3-4 days ago, but my subscription was canceled with an error. The message said to contact EA Support, but I can't contact EA Support. How can I update my subscription?

    @EA_Shepard thanks it worked. I was able to go to the support section. I also created a case, but after saying resume case, it gives time for chat. the time is constantly changing. i have been waiting for about 30 min for 7 min waiting time to pass. how can i solve this problem.

    Im still waiting some kind of answer from EA. I mailed them yesterday, tweeted, sent message on twitter, still no response. Speak with Customer Support option doesnt work for me anymore soo i really dont know what to do. Many people here wrote that they've beencharged with their old money so best case is just to wait probably.

  • Had the same issue myself when renewing my EA Play Pro membership this morning. I'm in the EU and I've heard there is a problem with EA taking Debit and Credit Card payments due to them not being compliant with an EU payments directive. If you can switch your payment method to a Paypal account that worked seamlessly for me.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAH EA is making its customers pay for the mistake in the email they sent. As if EA's rich economic situation could not afford this situation. They only victimized certain people here. What was the fault of the people here when many people continued their subscriptions at this price due to the same mistake? IT IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND! Even scammers do not do this, it is really a shame.

    My friend, the problem is not here. First of all, I talked to my bank about the situation and they told me that the money was not tried to be withdrawn. Secondly, the warning and cancellation emails are sent at the same time 🙂. Here, EA acted badly towards the person who has been their customer for years.
