EA Play Pro Refund

Since i purchased EA Play Pro specifically for FIFA 23, and i cannot play the game, can i get a refund for my subscription? i have no interest in playing anything else. 

I have already cancelled my subscription but there is typically no refund option, i feel robbed like i just wasted £15 to be honest.

    We are unable to assist with refunds, account issues, Bans, and missing content on Answers HQ. If you are wanting to find out more about how to request a refund we have a few help articles below.   

    Please note these are for purchases through Origin, If you purchased the game through a retailer or another platform you will want to reach out to whoever you purchased the game from for further assistance.

    Hi @EA_Illium 

    I know this is an old thread, but desperately trying to get refund for EA play pro - which my son, unsupervised accidentally purchased.

    We have no use for this annual membership and canceled and looking to get refund for it as well..

    However, when I request for refund by making new case on help.ea.com, my requests get submitted, but I get no response, and when I check "my cases" it says I have none..

    Would you be aware on how I can reach out to a LIVE HUMAN person from EA who can help with the refund?

    I've really checked all the links in this original thread, and checked help.ea.com gazzillion times but not successful..

    Sorry if you are not the right person to ask this but really getting desperate ☹️.. plz help if able!!!
