EA Play Pro Subscription Renewal Issue in Turkey Region
Hi,
I had an EA Play Pro subscription last year, but my payment details weren’t updated in time. The last renewal attempt was on 19.09.2024, and I updated my payment details on 21.09.2024. Since then, I haven’t seen any new attempts to renew my subscription in my order history.
I’m from Turkey, and my subscription was at the old price. However, I no longer see the old price available. Is it possible to renew my subscription with the old price?

When helping with certain issues, like account changes, subscriptions and so forth, we must verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently. CMs also do not handle payment issues with subscriptions as we don't have a way to.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
