I purchased EA Play Pro to play Dead Space, but I encountered two game crashes that prevented me from playing. As a result, I decided to cancel my membership, but I'm also requesting a refund. Considering that you do sell games in Turkey, it is concerning that there is no one available to assist. I am curious about the nature of this situation and whether it could be perceived as a scam. Yup nice to get in touch with an so called advisor... and this is the message I got:

I really dont know what to say. You are the only person I can contact with and you cant solve my problem or help me in a way.
The worst decision of my life was getting involved with EA.
There is no customer service, no communication, no solution, no language support – in a word, it's a disaster.
