EA Play Refund

When I opened the EA Play app, I couldn't see my games. I was told I had to start an EA Play subscription. However, I had an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership that expires in December 2025. This membership and my EA account were linked.

When I tried to link them again, I got an error. I went and bought a one-year EA Play subscription so I could keep playing games. The next day, when I opened the EA Play app again, I got a warning message that I had a double subscription.

Because of this ridiculous error in the app, I unnecessarily paid for a 1-year EA Play subscription. I live in Turkey and when I check your terms of use, I can request a refund within 14 days. My Case #205022696 and Case #205023471 requests have been closed but I have not received a response.

    On the same EA Help website you should also have the option to send an email instead of starting a chat. If the chat pop-up is not appearing, please try disabling any ad/pop-up blockers. If this doesn't work, you can try using the browser in incognito mode.

    it is impossible to use live chat. it keeps saying 6 minutes left for an hour. is there somewhere I can send an e-mail? EA_cuervo
