EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it.

I receive the following error message when I attempt to play College Football 26 or Madden 26 that has been downloaded to my Xbox Series X from EA Play: “EA Play trial - this trial can only be played...

Access type error,

“EA PLAY TRIAL”

”this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress” 

I’ve never used the trial, I purchased this straight from the store and was playing it yesterday? I’m all of a sudden unable to play? Just to footstomp I purchased the game on my account and haven’t license transferred with anyone. 

help?❤️
