EA PRO Subscription issues

I have already paid for the subscription on paypal, but PayPal shows："Your payment method will be charged when EA Swiss Sarl completes your order." and  "Your payment method will be charged when Electronic Arts, Inc completes your order."

The payment has not been completed either and it keeps showing "Pending processing"
