EA servers unavailable right now

I keep getting this error everywhere "EA servers unavailable right now" when I try to buy EA play subscription or when I try to play EA FC 25. I am seeing this error for last 1 week. What is the issue? I can't buy or play any game. Also is there any official chat support or email support for EA. Seems like EA has the worst customer support
