EA Support is denying me refund on pro play
Denying me to refund because i "launched a game" when i never launched game as pro play cant launch madden

said i launched CFB when all i did was update the game (right before i purchased) as i opened the launcher, he wont provide a timestamp and says he "looked at the log" really no timestamps?
