How to get a refund

I just want to contact live agent to solve my problem as it appears to me that I don't have any subscription plan and it just renew and i want to refund it

You should be able to use this tool to request a refund for any eligible purchases on your account.
The steps below should also help make any changes to a subscription including cancelation. If you're still unable to locate or cancel the subscription with those details, there's a link at the bottom of the page to contact support directly so they can take a closer look with you.
