I accidentally started an EA Play Pro membership. Then I canceled it immediately. It hasn't been 14 days and I haven't used any features. I want my payment to be refunded.

Same case with me, i cancel before the end of the renewal but anyway i was charged for a year of membership.

@reb0rn2k It depends on your financial institution. When we refund it, we send the notification to them and they process it on their end. We have no real hand in when it hits your bank. These can take about 5-7 business days since weekends don't count as business days. Once it goes past a week, you will need to contact live support as they have a process for refunds that have not been returned like this.
