How To Request A Refund For EA Play Subscription

Hello, my EA PLAY PRO subscription renewed itself for a year but I was subscribing montly before this happened I've no idea why it became yearly, I was thinking about to cancelling my subscription but I saw it renewed itself as a yearly subscription and I've paid without my knowledge. I'm sorry if my English is bad, but apperently it's renewed today and I did cancel my subscription but I'm asking for a refund because I've never chosen a yearly subscription!

EA Play memberships are not refundable.

There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances.

I highly recommend to make your purchases with PayPal. I just affront something similar and I needed to get a refund. I emailed these THIEVES, and I don’t even get an answer after one week. So I issued an refund request through PayPal and literally they resolved the case in my favor within 15 minutes. Now I have the money back into my account. Always pay with PayPal guys. They have our back. Obviously don’t abuse of their support

Hello, just payed for ea play subscription to play FC26 and the game doesn’t load. Stuck in the main menu and it doesn’t go past there. I need my refund.

Shame on me to believe this game would work on a so advertised early release. What a joke you can’t even get that right.
