I can not get passed the Requesting CD Key screen in steam

I recently bought an EA play subscription and downloaded Crysis 1. After installing I tried to launch the game which showed me the screen where I should enter a CD Key. After that I checked on web how to get a CD Key using my EA Play subscription and found out that by right-clicking on a game and clicking on manage -> CD Keys I can get a CD Key. I did exactly what I should and get shown this screen which should give me a CD Key. But the "Requesting CD Key..." notification never got away and I never got to have a CD Key. What should I do?

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

  • The problem is, i wanna chat with someone and not speak but there is no chat option available. In order to speak with someone on phone I need o pay an extra fee, which I find redundant. Can you guys lemme chat with someone or an email traffic could also be ok

  • Btw, i live in germany and the time intervals of the call-centers working hours does not just work for me. So please please please let me have a chat with someone. Additionally it has already been like 3 days since I bought that subscription and I still have not got to use it. This is a great problem guys, someone buys something that you guys offer and can not make any use of it

    Hey @danielldobrinco you will need to speak with our live support in relation to this as there is nothing that we can do on AHQ for account issues such as this.

    If live chat is not available and you are directed to a call then you will need to use that or you can message our team on Twitter to see if they can assist.
